Return Policy

Due to the nature of the products that we sell at 204Comics, we are unable to accept returns of most comic books or comic book periphery. We reserve the right to accept or deny returns of sealed product such as action figures, cards, sealed graphic novels, etc. within 30 days of receipt of the product. Approved returns must be sent back and received in their original condition.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions of how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and may be marked as "return to sender."


Damages or other issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your order is damaged in transit or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
