- 1st appearance of I-Ching, an accomplished martial artist who trained Wonder Woman
- This issue is referred to as the I-Ching era and is controversial in the sense that Wonder Woman was completely depowered yet under the tutelage of I-Ching, learned to successfully fight crime. This issue through #204 are also notable due to the absence of Wonder Woman's classic costume in favor of fashionable outfits
